"Kita Kohaku", a deep, beautiful amber-colored karasumi, was born in the northern city of Yoichi, a place rich in harsh yet beautiful nature.

The skilled techniques of those who have thoroughly studied seafood, the clear air, and the clean water bring out the rich, luxurious flavor of the karasumi to the fullest.

It is clad in a gradation of amber colors, similar to the sun setting over Cape Shiripa, and will spread from Hokkaido to the rest of Japan and then to the world.
